    How much time is needed to learn JAVA and C#.
    In case if one is not in the field of computer science but knows only C.

    It all depends on what you want to be able to do with them.
    The language side of each is fairly small, so won't take long to be able to knock up some simple programs (though C might be as much a hinderance as a help).
    Mastering them to be able to do it as a job is another thing entirely. That involves learning frameworks and APIs.
    Please do not ask for code as refusal often offends.
