    Default Sometimes I wonder...

Looking around the "New to Java" section for the past couple months, I've seen a lot of people's code that literally make no sense.

Some code is so illogical that I wonder how they even thought it made sense?

A lot of beginners fail to realize that all code has logic, as if you were solving it on paper.

A lot of beginners don't know to design code as if they were doing it on paper. I'm sure quite often they are just kind of hacking there way through it instead of thinking the problem through.

Yes, as I feel lot of new members aren't worry about the design. Once they found the problem, just sit and start to write code. While coding they try to find the solution, and at the end everything is messed-up. Then start to saying here "Please help, it's urgent .... "

But many of those people have tried to teach themselves and haven't had any kind of discipline or been taught how they should or shouldn't do things. It isn't easy without a good book or excellently(is that a word?) written tutorials.

I've taught myself through books and practice. If you can't afford a book then you can find a download for it online.
