Run 32 bit application on Win7 64 bit?

i need to run assembly language codes .asm files in my 64bit Win7 machine. But I cannot do it unless I install some 3rd party software. I dont know will it work or not, or is there any other way?

I am getting this error.

But regardless, asm is pretty particular. You're likely better off getting new versions of the software that run on your box.
