How do I mark an old thread as [Solved]?

I've seem some help threads marked with a [Solved] tag. How can I do this with my old threads?

Click on "Thread Tools" at the top of the thread, and then mark it as solved.

I do not have that option, even for this thread.

Well, I guess that only moderators can do it, seeing as you are one and that's how you do it.

Would be nice if thread starters could mark their own threads as solved. Would help you guys out, I think.
