Preparing for the GRE / Grad School
Hey all,
I recently discovered that my job will pay for grad school classes, so I'm planning on taking a couple (just one to start with) night classes per semester to slowly work towards a master's degree.
I've been out of undergrad for two years now (yikes, now I feel old). I graduated with pretty decent grades, and the only reason I didn't keep going with school was because I couldn't afford it. My plan is to start next fall.
Anyway, my question is: now what? I've been in contact with my undergrad advisor, but I'd love to get some feedback from people who are in similar situations, or have gone through similar situations.
I have surmised that one of my next steps is to take the GRE- any tips on how to prepare for that, especially since I've been out of school for two years? Can you recommend any books that you found especially helpful?
But really, I'll take any advice I can get!
Thanks for your time.
