I was lucky that I had a bicycle, my mom bought a one for me.
I suppose that's true--except that on this particular day it was -30°C. :D
Is it. Lucky we don't have such issues, unless heavy rain and floods, just like those days in my country.
True--we're up around the 50th parallel... it can get quite chilly up here.
