In honor of Benoît Mandelbrot. May he rest in peace.

This is in honor of Benoît Mandelbrot, the famous mathematician and discoverer of the Mandelbrot set (for e.g., my avitar) who passed away yesterday. He was a true genius and visionary, one of the founding fathers of fractal geometry and a contributor to many other fields of applied and theoretical mathematics. The world will be missing a Hausdorff dimension with his passing.
