where to post questions about javascript in html?

Is there a forum for javascript in html? I see several java forums but don't know if one or the other would be a good place to post a html javascript question.

I took a basic java class where we made applets and embedded them in html with no explaination of the differences so I was blurring the line between applets and scripts I guess?

Anyway, I'm still gonna keep this forum in my list because I'll be wanting to learn more java later. Just gotta get this web app working for now.
