Weird post in New to Java forum

I hope this is OK to post here. There's a thread entitled "how to print" posted by anilkumar_vist in the New to Java forum. When I click it, it displays in an unusual format, and keeps showing up as unread when I'm on the forum page. Is anybody else seeing this same strangeness?

Is it this thread? It looks a bit bare bones to me, as if no CSS was applied to the page; strange ... there are no reply options either.
