J2ME/Android Video Streaming Project

Hello everyone, I don't know if this is the correct place to be posting this but if it isn't then MODS feel free to move the thread.

I'm looking for interested parties in helping create a wireless video streaming project. I will be funding the project initially but have already started looking for external funding via VC's. If you're interested the send me a message, I will forward the Business Plan document. J2ME/Android, RTP/RTSP, UNIX experience would be ideal.
