To spare some passion, I gave up on meaningful variable names - your question opens me to risky business but what happend there is that I was coding along at about a hundred lines a day and did not have time to go get a random string for a variable name an chose a variant spelling of MISE for phonic mental note and just started laughing in that over 60% of end-users could take your question and make in interview question, easisly, burning hundreds of hours on discussion and never getting reliable code.
