IBM WebSphere on the open-source
Hello, I read two interesting articles about this. It says that IBM does not want to compete in the market of the Open Source, but to handle it. Well I want to share with you some links

Here brief goes:

WAS CE (WebSphere Application Server
Community Edition) is built on the Apache Software
Foundation's Geronimo open-source application server.

WAS CE also includes IBM's Cloudscape database, which
is based on the open-source Apache Derby Project.
