Default best way to save uploaded image files

    Hi.

How should I handle my users image files ?

I played a little with saving them to mysql db. But it seems so expencive to convert them ?

Should I just save them as they are on the hard drive?

    Whatś the best approach ?

    Best Regards / Magnus Peace

usualy the file system is faster yes. have a configured property to the folder where images are stored that is used as the prefix for the path name in a table that stores the file metadata.
