    what is the differnce btw Ejb 3.0 and Ejb2.0
    and what is the main reason for using ejbs over JavaBeans

    EJB 2.0 does not support IoC
    EJB 3.0 supports Ioc.
    EJB 3.o is a light weight architecture
    EJB 3.0 is heavy weight Architecture

    EJB 3.0 is much easier to apply than the EJB 2.0. If you have a choice, choose EJB 3.0

    JavaBeans are for client-site programming to build GUI.

    EJB are server-side beans with much more functionality.
