Default Hot deploy en WS 6

I did an application Web that it was in a Tomcat server and it had ejb in the 6 WS AppServer
So I did an EAR, and did a deploy and everything works perfectly.
The problem is that I have to deploy again to save the new changes in the application.
The idea is update the .jar that are inside of the directory where the EAR was opened without doing the deploy again..
In other server is known as "hot deploy"
    any ideas?

Default RE: Hot deploy en WS 6

You are looking for in WAS 6, they call “Websphere Rapid Deployment” and is explained in chapter 17 of redbook that I send you in the Link.

"WebSphere Application Server V6 System Management & Configuration
    Handbook"
