    Default Saving JSP causing redeployment (hot deployment issue?)

    I'm using Eclipse Europa 3.3.1.1 with Oracle application server 10.1.3.1 and every time I save a JSP is goes through a long deployment process. Anyone know why? Seems like it should just hot deploy it.

    Also sometimes the long deployment process doesn't even work, I get an error saying that application.xml isn't accessible (I'm assuming because the app server has it locked).
