Help Regd MyEclipse

Hi Everyone,

I m new to Eclipse using 3.3.2 version of eclipse. I want to know if its necessary to use MyEclipse for developing and deploying Web(Servlet,JSP) And Enterprise based applications(EJB). And companies are using Eclipse Or MyEclipse ?
