    Default Manifest from eclipse

I wrote my code in a package called: Sound with the classname: SoundTest now I try to make a executable jar file and in the manifest I write Main-Class: Sound.SoundTest which is wrong it seems because it could not find or load the main class..
Now when write the code in the default package and in the manifest I write Main-Class: SoundTest it works.. But I want to know how it can recognize the manifest with a package name in it. Main-Class: ........SoundTest

Show the manifest, also show the structure of the jar file, which you can open up using any old zip tool.
Please do not ask for code as refusal often offends.
