Default Unable to find JAR Files .

    Hello,

I'm trying to add some external libraries in Eclipse in order to start working with Spring.

    I'm following the following steps:

I already have a JavaProject created with name "SpringBeanWiring"
    1) Right Click on the "SpringBeanWiring"
    2) Clicked on Build Path
    3) Then, Configure Build Path

    4) A window opens up with caption " Properties for SpringBeanWiring"

    5) I clicked on Libraries tab

    6) Then, clicked on Add External JARs.. option

After Step 6, It's taking me to the Documents section of my Windows Explorer. viz:Libraries\Documents.

Could anyone tell me from where I can add the Jar files like ant 1.6.5, ant-antlr-1.6.5, commonslogging, doms4j etc ?

I'm using Eclipse for JavaEE developers and not the basic version and I'm new to Spring.

    Thanks

Please go through the Forum Rules, particularly the second paragraph.

I've closed the other thread you started in New to Java.

You have to download these libraries from their official website. For example when using all the libraries you've mention go to Apache Software Foundation - Projects.

Well, would you mind answering my questions:

    1) I'm still waiting for your answer. Would you mind explaining me what do you mean by :
    "Moved from Spring

    db "

    2) I'm aware of the Forum rules and I posted other thread in the New Java section only after reading your reply. I thought you were referring me to start a thread over there assuming that my question is not Spring related although according to me I feel like since I'm working on Spring I should post here only. You can check the timestamp of both the threads for more clarifications.

I would appreciate if you can explain what was your intention behind writing the point #1 mentioned above.

    Thanks

You started this thread in Swing. I moved it to Eclipse.

What's so difficult to understand about that?

But where does in your reply it says that you moved my thread to Eclipse? It's just your this reply which clearly states that you have moved my thread to Eclipse. I have been confused since then.

I don't see "Eclipse" word in your reply at all:

    "

    Moved from Spring

    db

    "

    Please clarify !
