Eclipse Total Beginner Videos for Eclipse 4?

Hello, do the Total Beginner Videos for Eclipse 3 (the ones with the book application) apply to Eclipse 4 as well? Or are there other tutorial vids for Eclipse 4?

I am still very new to Eclipse and Java, and have not used Eclipse 4 at all. How different is 4 from 3? If I follow a online tutorial for 3, would it simply not work with 4?

I was going to buy a good book on Eclipse, but now 4 is out I'll wait for a book on that.
