Default Compile individual files to different locations, possible?

Hello, I working on a web app and because of this I need my servlet related files to be held in WEB-INF and my client related files to be held outside in a different folder. You can tell Eclipse to compile all .java files to a different location but can you tell Eclipse to compile some files to one location and other files to another? It is a pain to constantly be move files to test ever little change.

Not fully sure what you are asking, but perhaps creating multiple projects in a workspace might be of help...in eclipse you can add the classpath of one project onto another through the Properties->Build Path preference.
