problem in loading eclipse indigo

while loading eclipse, i have got a error like this

FAILED TO LOAD THE JNI SHARED LIBRARY "C:\ECLIPSE\JRE\BIN\CLIENT\JVM.DLL"

how can i solve it?

The JDK is installed?
Do you use the same bit version for jdk and eclipse? (e.g. 32bit jdk & 32bit eclipse)

yes installed..
i have uninstalled and tried to install other version.
while installing,"Error 1723, there is a problem with this windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor" error is coming..
