Default add jar files and native libraries to Eclipse

I installed J3D, and am doing the tutorial. I can create/run tutorial files fine in Eclipse, but I could not write my own j3D to practice the concepts that I had learned in the tutorial. I was getting a lot of errors, even though the J3D program was running, saying that I did not have sufficient privileges to access some of the J3D classes. Anyway, to fix those issues, I followed the Mac OS X installation instructions. A lot of the steps were variations on things I had done to install other things in the past, but at the end, the tutorial said,
Users of IDEs such as NetBeans and Eclipse should consult the IDE's documentation to see how to add jar files and native libraries to their current project.
I did that, but I couldn't find anything. I can compile my custom J3D files from the command-line, so my computer recognizes the j3D stuff, but Eclipse does not... How do I add add jar files and native libraries to Eclipse, or my current Eclipse project?
