Hi gapper,
Copy the contents of features and plugins folders(you find them in the folder where eclipse is installed) from your friends system to yours.
Overwrite the contents.
Then open your eclipse
In the menu bar go to Help->Software Updates->Manage Configuration
Click to show disabled features.
Select the desired feature and click enable on the right side.
