Opening a workspace twice

I tried opening 2 instances of Eclipse on my machine and it was perfectly fine. I want to open the same workspace (gt_workspace) in both the instances of Eclipse. Eclipse is not letting me do that.

Is there any specific setting for that??
Is it possible?
