turn off auto compile
I am learning Java - but Eclipse is not letting me learn

While coding, it keeps on indicating my errors while I am writing the code. I don't want Eclipse to help me with this... how can I turn this off.

i am using Eclipse 3.3 .. I can't say surely on previous version .. but i remember doing so in previous version as well (probably in other place) .. What version are you using ?
