    Default how to use databse in eclipse indigo ?

    hi i have eclipse indigo ready on my machine and sql server 5 too ....i just want to use database for developing application in eclipse searched a lot of blog bt that didnt work for me i have download jconnector but didnt know what to do with that ? i means where i need to extract it ?
    plz can any one will walk through with me in installing the database in eclipse indigo .
    i need db to implement my final year project in java
    please help me with this
