Need plugin for creating dictionary project in eclipse

I want to create the dictionary project in eclipse for which I require a suitable plugin. I was able to create in IDE of SAP. Now I want to create the similar one in eclipse.

Please help me in this regard. It is very urgent for me.

Sorry for writing like that. I apologize. My requirement is to create DB class in eclipse as we do it in IDE(Netweaver Studio) of SAP. There we make use of Dictionary Project concept to perform this. But similarly I want o create same class in eclipse.

Can you please help me to find the plugin for this or predefined option in eclipse?
