apache tomcat 7 and eclipse

i been trying to instal apache tomcat 7 with eclipse helios to try web applications
..but unable to run webcontents .it gives the folowing msg:Several ports (8005, 80, 8009) required by Tomcat v7.0 Server at localhost are already in use. The server may already be running in another process, or a system process may be using the port. To start this server you will need to stop the other process or change the port number(s).
i set port numbers to other nos like 8060..stil no respnse

i have the same problem and i don't have any idea what's the problem and how i correct it
this problem appear after the installation of oracle 10g
please help me
