I would love such a tool, but I don't think such a tool could exist due to polymorphism of Java. But that just my $0.02, I hope I am wrong and I hope such a tool exists.

oops, sorry, it is called not "call tree" but "call hierarchy" and Eclipse and Netbeans and Idea have this
(btw i have found separate tool - Dependency Finder - it seems also can do this but i have not learned it enough)
