When I try to work with eclipse, it is often auto close and open a error dialog on which say:
Code:
JVM terminated. Exit code=1 C:\jdk1.5.1\bin\javaw.exe -cp D:eclipse-SDK-3.0M5-win32\eclipse\startup.jar org.eclipse.core.launcher.Main -os win32 -ws win32 -arch X86 -showplash D:\eclipse-SDK-3.0M5-win32\eclipse\eclipse.exe -showsplash 600
why?
any ideas?

Did you install it over an older version? If so, rename the directory and reinstall it. Make sure it is in the correct directory: x:\eclipse and not x:\eclipse\eclipse

Try a newer JRE, this happens from time to time, although I've never seen it on Windows. Eclipse isn't the most stable piece of software around!
