    Default Free uml editor

I'm looking for a UML editor with the following properties:
    - free
    - easy to use
    - diagrams should look great
    - diagram to code and code to diagram
    - above should be easy (for example by integration with eclipse)

I have already tried dia but it wasn't easy to use since you had to scroll through some menu's to do something and in a sequence diagram lifelines were really annoying to resize.

Is the community version free or is it just a 30-day trial version? (no commercial use).
Also, does it have all the features I mentioned?
