Processing dirty regions error.
Hi guys,
I'm facing a strange problem in Eclipse. I create a JSP in my Dynamic Web Project, but whenever I modify of save file a pop-up window will appear saying:
An internal error occurred during: "JSP Semantics Validator (JSF)".
org.eclipse.jst.jsf.metadataprocessors.internal.At tributeValueRuntimeTypeFactory.getType(Ljava/lang/String;)Lorg/eclipse/jst/jsf/metadataprocessors/internal/provisional/ITypeDescriptor;
Why is this happen? It appears each and every time? Can someone please help on this.
Thanks,
Tien

Does restarting eclipse get rid of the messages?
You could just switch off the JSP semantics validations if they are now getting in the way.

Hi r035198x,
I don't still get rid of the messages after restarting eclipse.
How do I switch off the JSP semantics validations?
Thanks for your answer,
Tien

Not using Eclipse at the moment but MyEclipse you would do
Window->Preferences and then in the search box that appears just type "validation" which will give you a panel where you can suspend certain validations.
