Default Listing a Jar file from Eclipse

Eclipse will export a jar file, but what if I want to list the contents of the jar?
Can you do that through Eclipse or do I have to get the JDK?

    Default

You can always open up a jar file to see it's contents. You can do that through Ecplise as well in package explorer.
