Sometimes Eclipse keeps a local history of files and CNTR + Z on the parent folder allow you restore deleted files. But I assume you have restarted Eclipse already therefore I assume this will not work anymore.
Learn from your mistake and use version control. This way you will never loose again file. I recommend to use the Subversion plugin for Eclipes which works great for me.
