Default How to Recover Deleted Files from Eclipse ?

I was working on my project in Eclipse. Accidentally one of the folder under 'WEBAPP' got deleted. Is there any way to restore it back to its original position.
    Thanks in advance

Sometimes Eclipse keeps a local history of files and CNTR + Z on the parent folder allow you restore deleted files. But I assume you have restarted Eclipse already therefore I assume this will not work anymore.

Learn from your mistake and use version control. This way you will never loose again file. I recommend to use the Subversion plugin for Eclipes which works great for me.
