    Default how to prevent users from read/write java codes in eclipse?

    1.I have a web application at home. i want to move the application from home to office. but i dont want them to read or write codes on my project, how to do it in eclipse? my way of transferring that i know is that i export project and import it into another pc's eclipse ide and restore the database to that pc also
    2. is there a way i could make an installer of my project?
    3. since my project is a web application, to run my project i need to run project with tomcat 6 in elipse ide, is there a way that the server would be run with windows startup programs? bec. right now to use my project i need to go to eclipse and run it with tomcat 6 then i would be able to use the web browser to open my web application
