Help -> Software Updates -> Find and Install Not There

I'm running Eclipse version:

Version: 3.4.2
Build id: M20090211-1700

and I'm trying to install the Eclipse Visual Editor Plugin. Every source I read (including the Eclipse Help for installing plugins) directs me to go to "Help -> Software Updates -> Find and Install" but there are not options under Software Updates. Software Updates takes me to a page that expects me to know the url to Callisto (which I tried to add unsuccessfully). Any help?

I just downloaded it locally and installed it. I imagine the doc will catch up with the release before too long...

The "Eclipse Visual Editor Plugin" has not been maintained now for a while. People are currently trying to re-animate this project but in the current stage I would not recommend to use it.
