Eclipse in Ubuntu

Hey Guys,

I've been using Eclipse in Windows for a number of years now and absolutely love it, unfortunately however my work uses a Linux environment for its Java Development and whilst Eclipse is virtually the same, a few nice little features don't seem to be working and I havent been able to find it in the configurations.

In Eclipse for windows, whenever a new variable type (of which its package hasn't been declared) a red underline will appear and upon highlighting the error suggestions are proposed to resolve the error (i.e. import java.util....) , this unfortunately does not seem to happen in Eclipse in Ubuntu and I'm hoping its a mere configuration that needs to be changed - does anyone know how to achieve this?

I apologise for the belated response, Crtl + 1 certainly works, I would like to know though how to make this a permanent configuration as in hovering over errors (as in windows eclipse) but oh well. I'm sure I'll find it someday!!
