Eclipse don't take on consideration the code chages I make!

Hi all,

winthin two days a strange event (or non event !) appears on my eclipse IDE. Actually, the issue that stops me to go ahead and follow my work is that the changes i make on the code contained in my view are not taken at all on consideration by aclipse at runtime !! Only the first execution configuration is executed again and again regardless of the chages made after on the code!! :confused: .

I am developing a plugin on eclipse 3.2 on witch I have installed Visual Editor. this plugin consiste on a simple ViewPart invluding some listeners.


Notice that I execute my plugin as Eclipse Application.

I'm not an Eclipse user, but just interesting on this.

You say that even the project is compiled this is happen? Strange it to me as well. Did you get any message or something related to Eclipse?

Thanks for the quick answer. In fact, neither mistake nor error are displayed by eclipse at runtime. I do as I usually do after I made changes on the code : I run the plugin as Eclipse Application and then the chages are taken on consideration and the plugin acts as I want it to act.

But wintin two days it's no longer the case.

I don't understand the issue at all.

Is that Eclipse don't have any log? I mean related to the IDE, not with the code.

Hi,

I didn't find out a solution for this, but I have just created another Eclipse IDE by unzipping Eclipse end VE bundels.

it works fine right now.
