Well, I'm trying to get Eclipse to find my j3d libraries I have, but it's not going too well.
I've set up the CLASSPATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH(I'm using Linux) correctly, so javac finds them, but Eclipse just complains a lot.
I've tried installing the java3declipse plugin, but that didn't work. Ofcourse, I could have done it the wrong way. What I did was:
1)Downloaded the latest version as a zip file from sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=186307&package_id=248871
2)Opened Eclipse and chose "Help>Software Updates..."
3)Chose the tab "Available Software", clicked "Add site...", clicked "Archive...", and located the zip-file.
4)Clicked the checkbox for the plugin, and then "Install".
5)Clicked "Next" a few times, and then finish.
6)Restarted Eclipse when prompted to.

But still, Eclipse does not find the libraries.

I really have no idea how to make 3D applications with Eclipse, and I don't want to have to use javac constantly.
