Eclipse Visual Editor and Ganymede

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone can provide some good instructions on how to install Visual Editor in Eclipse Ganymede (VE is a tool for creating GUIs in a 'VB' style way)

obviously would have to install its prerequisites

Yeah me too. There seems to be a lack of any good information for installing things with eclipse. I'm completely new to eclipse, and it's been a battle to get any information about anything.
