Somebody knows some RAD for Java?

Does Somebody knows some form RAD (Rapid Application Development) to develop with Java (that is to say, some IDE, Plugin, which is)?
That allows to directly associate (for example) the fields of form with Data Base?

I need to develop a Desktop application, but avoiding as far as possible to have to simply develop the layer of persistence… because I'm developing a very small project
