Transfering the app to the phone

Hello everyone,
I created a j2me application and I'm trying to run it on my galaxt s3 (android os) phone and I fail.
I just transfer the JAD file (java application descriptor) and ran it on my phone.
The result is:

What is the correct way to transfer application to an android devine?

As far as I know it should, no?

edit: it doesn't.

So j2me won't work anroid and iphone of course.. so why people keep using it? 90% of the people use android and iphone.
