Menu on phone number option of a list
Hello All,
I am generating a employee list on emulator which contains phone number also, now want that when we are on phone number option(while traversing list) one menu is open with two options like send message or call.
How can i do that.I am new in j2me. i dont have an idea please help me.

your phone no list is on canvas...??
Only phone no are there or other information like employee name etc is also there??

m displaying a list of employee which contains name, contact number, msn-id like other information too.
now i want during traversing of this list when we rech at phone number it should open a menu with two options one is message and other is call.

Do you able to get index that you are on ph no ?? then just put addCommand in your canvas you will get this menu as command.

Hi i have new problem, menu is coming when i m selecting phonenumber but i want during traversing whe we reahed at phone number menu should display without any selection, cant we get index without selection any option of list.
