MIDlet install into a phone

How can we install a HelloWorld MIDlet program in a real phone ?

First Transfer Ur Application from PC to the Phone via Datacable or via Bluetooth. then Open Apllication.
Ur application automatically install in the Phone.

Thanks nitin, but i have already tried to install the midlet using pc suite. But "the unsupported format" eror occured in the phone. We get two files when we are using wtk .jar and .jad. In these two files which file is the installation file ?.
