    edit Not in CLDC & MIDP though. In Java ME there isn't any standard component, you'd have to roll your own. And would also require the FileConnection API (JSR-75)

    But why this strings:

    import javax.swing.JFileChooser;
    import java.awt.FileDialog;

    is wrong in NetBeans: "package ... does not exist.". Inspite of this classes is in rt.jar???
