I am new to this field. I got to knew the GSMNA has released some Technical Recommendation on java security on Operators perspective. I am thinking to build a testing midlet which test required specification and then let us know whether device following the specs and permission or not? is there any way to do this?

Please share the knowledge to me on how to i kick start my work.
