Default Where is the MobInfo package

I have read in a file named Java_FAQ_v1_1_en.pdf on this site that s60 platform supports two packages called MobInfo and IAPInfo that is not supported on the s40 platform then I downloaded the SDK for s60 but I was unable to find the MobInfo package in either the documentation or the API itself .Moreover I have checked the API supported by Nokia N 81 (which is a s60-platform device) and found that it supports neither of them. Where can i find this package and does the device really support it although it isn't mentioned in it java supported API?
