    Default Spliting desktop

    Hi ,



    I need one solutions , If I run my application it will run on the top of the desktop, mean while if I open any other application it has to open in the remaining area of the desk top . how to handle this one

    It should not be. You should be able set its position and size by calling setBounds() and setLocation() methods. If it is not, then this should be an OS level restriction.

    Yes , It has to handel OS level.

    If this is OS level then the simplest way it to change this behavior as a user.

    Or as a developer, you should find the native methods that can change this behavior and call them using JNI on Java side.
