Angry [Java 7 SE]Subclassed JToolBar customization

    Dear Sirs and Madams!

I have subclassed JToolBar and all is working fine. Now, I have following problem: I would like to redesign JToolBar's title bar with customized gradient and I also would like to disable MS Windows's "X" button. How do I achieve this task, since I cannot find any examples/tutors on web?

    Sincerely,
    Marko

What have you tried? Do you have a mock-up of what you're trying to achieve?

I do not have a simple clue how to achieve this task ... First, I need some guidelines ... Please help me! What do you mean by mock-up. Here is the situation: Graphics Designer, colleague of mine, has created nice gradient for app for firm, that we work together. Now, I would like to set this gradient to JButton's Panel Title bar and then remove that ugly Windows's "X" close button. I show/hide this JButtonPanel via keyboard shortcut (Function Key F12), which works perfectly!

    Sincerely,
    Marko
